Murray runs marathons. He runs a lot of marathons. He runs approximately one marathon per month in every season except winter. And he runs other races on other weekends too.

Murray eats fruit. He eats a lot of fruit. And he drinks smoothies.

Here, he explains the change from what he ate growing up, and how he started out following this path to such heights of obvious nutritional health.
