Plant Powered Korea!

Hi! We are Plant Powered Korea.

We are whole foods, plant-powered, veggie-strong athletes and triathletes living in Korea.

Our initial, limited goals are firstly to share nutrition ideas, experience, resources and advice, and secondly, to meet up together at races for mutual support and celebrations, whether sharing meals or liquid-based hydration sessions before or after events.

Want to join in? It’d be great to have you on board! Get in touch with us on Facebook, here, or leave a comment below.

Whole foods, plant powered, for the win!
