My name is Alannah and I am 10 years old.
I am a 5th grader and I live in Seoul, South Korea.
I like to cook, read dance, play softball, go to church,
play with my friends, and spend time with my family.
I came up with the idea for an allergy friendly dessert business
after I saw my little brother get left out
from eating desserts because of his food allergies.
He is allergic to dairy, peanuts, tree nuts, soy, sesame, and eggs! I know! It’s a lot!
With the help of my parents I discovered that
you don’t always need milk, eggs, or butter to make desserts taste good!
